The shipper will be selected by Stained Glass Innovation, Inc. based upon the following criteria: size, weight, and cost. If you are not satisfied with the stained glass piece, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund. All shipping charges including insurance will be the responsibly of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized by Alice Chick at (954) 753-7957 prior to shipping the picture. 5. What procedure is followed if the picture arrives by the delivery company damaged? Return to top of page. If the delivery appears to be damaged when received, then have the delivery driver make a note on the bill of lading and contact Alice Chick at (954) 753-7957 immediately. 6. What if I discover that the picture was damaged when I unpack the box? Return to top of page. Save the box and packing materials and immediately contact Alice Chick at (954) 753-7957. Please note that return shipping charges and insurance are paid by the purchaser. 7. What are our warranties? Return to top of page.
